The Diet at Sattva is a simple, natural, and healing way of eating based on the principle that food is medicine. It emphasizes fresh, seasonal, and minimally processed foods that are easily digestible and supportive of the body’s natural detoxification and self-healing processes.
This diet mainly includes fresh fruits, raw and steamed vegetables, whole grains, millets, sprouts, nuts, seeds, and adequate fluids, while avoiding refined, artificial, and heavy foods. Meals are planned according to the individual’s body constitution, health condition, and digestive capacity.

Most of the fruits and vegetables served at our centre are freshly plucked from our own organic fruit and vegetable garden, ensuring purity, freshness, and maximum nutritional value.
All milk and milk-based products are freshly sourced from our in-house Goshala, located within our premises, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, compassion, and quality.
